Applied Nutritional Research Ltd was
established in March 2008 at the Centre
for Life in Newcastle upon Tyne a world
class Bioscience Research Centre that
encompasses the Institute of Human
Genetics, Newcastle University, Stem
Cell Research among its activities.

Development of nutritional products
progressed so well that we decided to
invest in our own specialist bakery to
produce nutritional baked products.

To generate interest in the market for
such a new concept we have created our
own brand "Pro-Bake 50", soft baked
cookies that have a protein content of
50%.

This summer we shall start manufacturing protein bars with new formulas and a process that we feel is a huge advance in nutrition bar production and formulation(please see news section for details).
