Company Activities
As our mission statement on the homepage
suggests we attempt to create “Healthy Junk
Foods”, where the nutritional balance has
been adjusted without compromising flavour
and texture.
In order to do this we undertake in depth
research into as many forms of Protein,
Fibre, Carbohydrate, nutritional fats, Grains
and supplements as possible.
The research incorporates the nutritional
benefits of each ingredient, functionality
within the food, stability to food processes
and food conditions, and interactions with
other ingredients present.
We focus on convenience foods such as bars and baked products such as cookies and cakes etc.
We have invested in our own production
facility which gives us the ability to produce
a whole range of baked goods, as we feel
that baked goods are under-represented in
the nutritional market.
As a result of further research into cookie formulation and production we discovered that we were able to produce protein bars up to 60%(please see news section for details).

*NUTRITIONAL FATS
In practice it is generally a combination of
some or all of the above that creates a great
product, not one or the other.
